Laura Recommends: Jimmie Allen - Warrior

Since discovering the stunning vocal tones of rising US country star Jimmie Allen I have been totally hooked on his music and his breakout debut release 'Best Shot' is one of the best country tunes to be released over the last decade.

And now he is back with another track taken off his new project 'Lower Slower Sessions'. The new single 'Warrior' is a gorgeous love letter to his mother, grandmother and all the women who came before them. 

It's a pure country track that tells a beautiful story of the love and bond that exists between a mother and son and it's a sensational song with moving, poignant and moving lyrics. 

It also has a wonderful production and brilliant guitar riffs that really bring the track to life. 

Jimmie Allen is such an exciting talent and I am so excited to see what else he has in store for 2018. He is just a fantastic talent and is a real contender to become the next big thing in country music. And 'Warrior' embodies everything great about him.
