Laura Recommends - Jimmie Allen

Up until February of this year I had never heard of the US country singer Jimmie Allen but during a search for new music to promote on my Instagram account; musicandtournews I stumbled upon his single 'Best Shot' and I was blown away by his vocal talent and songwriting ability. 

I quickly downloaded that track along with his self-titled debut EP which was released back in October of last year. The five track record was outstanding and I totally fell in love with his soothing voice. 

His songs are catchy and thoughtful and the song 'Underdogs' in particular is a real favourite of mine. There's no denying that Allen has the world at his supremely talented feet and I am super excited to see what he has in store for 2018. 

I am so glad I stumbled upon his music as he is fast becoming one of my favourite artists to listen to. His voice is simply stunning and he is a welcome addition to my growing playlist of country artists. 

So if you are looking for a great new artist to listen to this week look no further than Jimmie Allen. You will not be disappointed.
