Laura Recommends: Cheryl - Love Made Me Do It

After a four year hiatus Cheryl is finally back and she has returned with the pop anthem of 2018. Her new release comes in the form of the dance infused 'Love Made Me Do It' which was co-written by Cheryl, Nicola Roberts, Natasha Bedingfield and Miranda Cooper and the result is a phenomenal earworm. 

'Love Made Me Do It' is Cheryl's first to be released via her new label 3Beat and you can really hear the fact that she has been given full creative control as the lyrics are much more honest compared to previous singles.

The lyrics take aim at her former lovers and with a tongue-in-cheek vibe and killer choreography Cheryl is back and better than ever. She certainly knows how to create a pop banger and this anthem is up there with her best ever. 

It does sound completely fresh and is something we haven't heard from Cheryl before. With talking/singing intro and verses overlayed with a standout production and insanely catchy chorus this is a very welcome addition to the charts.
